Envision Concrete is a proudly South Australian commercial concreting company based in Adelaide, delivering high-quality concrete solutions built on experience, reliability, and long-term partnerships. Established in 2022 through the merger of two long-standing concreting businesses, Envision Concrete brings together over 30 years of combined industry experience. This foundation allows us to deliver consistently high standards of workmanship while maintaining the agility, communication, and accountability of a modern construction company.

Our Team

At the core of Envision Concrete is a skilled, dedicated, and hands-on team. The business is led by Managing Directors Shane Pope and Scott McMillan, both of whom bring extensive practical experience and leadership to every project.

Our team consists of 10 full-time staff, including:

  • Ticketed excavator operators

  • Junior labourers trained to industry standards

  • Highly experienced senior concrete finishers

Every member of our team shares the same commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism on-site. We take pride in our people and invest in maintaining a strong, capable workforce that delivers results you can rely on.

Full job procurement, taking the project from level prepped site to excavated footings, all reinforcement supplied and laid, concrete supplied, placed and finished.

What We Do

Envision Concrete specialises in commercial concrete footings and slabs, with project sizes typically ranging from 350m² to over 3,000m². Our capabilities extend to complex and large-scale concrete works, including:

  • Commercial footings and slabs

  • Multi-level concrete floors

  • Specialist formwork (including in-house form setting)

  • Concrete hardstands

  • Large commercial exposed aggregate finishes

We offer full job procurement, managing each project from start to finish. This includes:

  • Site preparation and excavation

  • Footings and formwork

  • Supply and placement of all reinforcement

  • Concrete supply, placement, and finishing

By controlling the entire process, we ensure consistency, efficiency, and clear accountability at every stage of the job.
